Reach Measurement & Analysis

Google Analytics

Given our legitimate interest in optimizing and analysing our online offer within the meaning of article 6 para 1 lit. F. DSGVO this website makes use of the Google Analytics service, which is offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The service (Google Analytics) uses "cookies" – text files which are stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the United States and stored there.   Google LLC complies with the European Data Protection Law and is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active

IP anonymization takes place on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the Member States of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other Contracting States of the Agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address first transferred to a server from Google unabridged to the USA and shortened there. This shortening removes the personal reference to your IP address. The user's IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.

Under the terms of the Contract Data Agreement, which we have created as a website operator with Google Inc., the information we collect will be used to compile an evaluation of website activity and website activity, and to provide services related to internet usage.

The data collected by Google on our behalf will be used to evaluate the use of our online offering by individual users, such as: For example, to generate activity reports on the website to improve our online offering.

You have - as described above under "Cookies" - the ability to prevent the storage of cookies on your device.

You can also use a browser plugin to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to Google Inc. and used by Google Inc. The following link will take you to the corresponding plugin: Https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

Alternatively, click on this button to prevent Google Analytics collecting data about you within this site. Click on the link above to download an opt-out cookie. Your browser must allow the storage of cookies in principle. If you delete your cookies regularly, you will need to click the link again every time you visit this website.

WiredMinds

WiredMinds components are integrated into this website. The WiredMinds components automatically detect and qualify companies that visit a website. The WiredMinds component enables the operator of a Web site that uses the component to generate leads, i.e. to qualify potential new customers.

The operating company of WiredMinds is WiredMinds GmbH, Lindenspürstraße 32, 70176 Stuttgart, Deutschland.

On this website we use a WiredMinds web beacon, i.e. a miniature graphic, which is embedded in a Web page to enable a log file recording and a log file analysis, in order to perform a statistical evaluation.

WiredMinds also places a cookie on the user's terminal. For more detailed explanation about cookies and how to prevent cookie storage, see "cookies" above.

Thanks to the cookie, we are able to analyse how our website is used.

Pseudonymised usage profiles are created using the data obtained. The pseudonymised usage profiles are used for the purpose of analysing visitor behaviour and enable an improvement of our internet offering. The data collected via the WiredMinds component will not be used without first obtaining the separate and explicit consent of the person concerned to identify them. This data is not merged with personal data or with other data containing the same pseudonym.

By calling up one of the individual pages of this website, the Internet browser on the user's terminal is automatically prompted by the WiredMinds component to transmit data for the purpose of online analysis. Within the scope of this technical procedure, WiredMinds receives knowledge about personal data, such as the IP address, which is used, among other things, to trace the origin of visitors and clicks.

By means of the cookie, personal information, such as access time, the location from which access was granted and the frequency of visits to our website, is stored. Each time you visit our web pages, this personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the person concerned, is transferred to the WiredMinds server. This personal data is stored by WiredMinds, but not passed on to third parties.

In addition, the person concerned has the possibility to object to the collection of data generated by WiredMinds and to prevent the use of this website. To do this, the person concerned must have clicked the don’t-track-My-visits-button under the link Https://wm.wiredminds.de/track/cookie_mgr.php?mode=dont_track_ask&websitesel. If the user's terminal is deleted, formatted or reinstalled at a later date, the affected person must again set an opt-out cookie by clicking the above link. Further information and the applicable data protection regulations of WiredMinds can be viewed at  https://www.wiredminds.de/produkt/datenschutz-gutachten/.

Use of Social Media Plugins

Facebook

Social network Facebook plugins are integrated into our website (Facebook Ireland Limited, Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2 Ireland). The plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo. If you visit one of our sites that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook servers. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, for example, click on the "Like" button or leave a comment, the information will be transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Since this transfer is direct, we are not aware of the data transmitted. For information on the purpose and extent of data collection by Facebook, the further processing and use of data by Facebook and your rights and options to protect your privacy, please refer to the privacy policy of Facebook at http://de-de.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.php

LinkedIn

If logged in to LinkedIn at the same time, with each visit to our website by the person concerned and during the entire duration of the respective stay on our website LinkedIn recognizes which specific sub-page of our website the person visits. This information is collected through the LinkedIn component and linked by LinkedIn to the person’s LinkedIn account. If the person concerned activates a LinkedIn button integrated on our website, LinkedIn assigns this information to the personal LinkedIn user account of the person concerned and saves this personal data.

LinkedIn always receives information via the LinkedIn component that the person concerned has visited our website if the person concerned is simultaneously logged into LinkedIn at the time of accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the person clicks on the LinkedIn component or not. If the person concerned does not want to transmit this information to LinkedIn, they can prevent it by logging out of their LinkedIn account before visiting our website.

At https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls, LinkedIn offers the ability to opt out of email messages, text messages, and targeted ads, as well as manage ad settings. LinkedIn's privacy policy is available at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy. LinkedIn cookie policy is available at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy.

XING

Plugins of the social network XING are integrated into our website. XING is an Internet-based social network, which allows users to connect with existing business contacts as well as make new business contacts. XING’s operating company is XING SE, Dammtorstraße 30, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Each time one of the individual pages of this website is called up, on which a XING component (XING plug-in) has been integrated, the Internet browser on the person’s device is automatically triggered by the respective XING component, to download a representation of the corresponding XING component. More information about the XING plug-ins can be found at https://dev.xing.com/plugins. As part of this technical process, XING receives information about which specific subpage of our website is visited by the person concerned.

If the person concerned is logged in to XING at the same time, with each visit to our website and during the entire duration of each stay on our website XING recognizes which specific sub page of our website the person concerned visited. This information is collected by the XING component and assigned by XING to the respective XING account of the data subject. If the person concerned activates one of the XING buttons integrated on our website, for example the "Share" button, XING assigns this information to the personal XING user account of the person concerned and saves this personal data.

XING always receives information from the XING component that the person concerned has visited our website if they are logged in to XING at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether or not the data subject clicks on the XING component. If such a transfer of this information to XING is not wanted by the data subject, they can prevent the transfer by logging out of their XING account before visiting our website.

XING's privacy policy, available at https://www.xing.com/privacy, provides information on the collection, processing and use of personal information by XING. In addition, XING has posted privacy notices for the XING Share button at https://www.xing.com/app/share?op=data_protection.

Integration of videos

Vimeo

Our website includes plugins from the video portal Vimeo of Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011, USA. Each time you visit a page that offers one or more Vimeo video clips, a direct connection is established between your browser and a Vimeo server in the United States. This information about your visit and your IP address is stored there. Through interactions with the Vimeo plugins (for example, clicking the Start button), information is also transmitted to Vimeo and stored there.

If you have a Vimeo user account and do not want Vimeo to collect information about you from this website and link it to your member data stored with Vimeo, you must log out of Vimeo before visiting this website.

For more information on how Vimeo collects and uses your privacy data, visit the Vimeo Privacy Policy at http://vimeo.com/privacy.

In addition, Vimeo calls up tracker Google Analytics via the iframe, in which the video is called up. This is separate tracking by Vimeo, to which we have no access. You can stop Google Analytics tracking by using the opt-out tools that Google offers for some Internet browsers. Users may also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by Google Analytics and related to their use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:

http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
